Bring a photo you like, or simply tell us that you want a softer colour. You do not need technical terms. We listen to what attracts you in a photo, the length you want to keep and your daily routine. Your colour and bleaching history shapes our advice. If you are preparing for an occasion or have limited time, we plan around that too.
Evaluate the options during your consultation
We look at your hair in the mirror with you and explain how we can approach your goal. For a lighter look on dark-coloured hair, for example, we discuss the current base and possible stages. For more length, we consider colour, texture and amount. A free consultation lets you understand the plan and ask questions without committing to treatment.
Remove uncertainty about scope and price
We share the proposed services and total price in writing before treatment. If extra colouring, cutting or removal is needed, we explain why and what it costs. We begin after your approval and discuss any change of plan first. Settle into our chairs with tea or coffee and ask us about anything on your mind during the visit.
How will you wear the result at home?
At the final check, we discuss tomorrow’s routine as well as today’s reflection. We explain brushing, washing, drying and products for your treatment. If lengthy morning styling does not fit your day, we factor that into the design from the start.
